We strive to keep our properties in top shape. We are constantly updating and remodeling apartments. We have a full time maintenance crew to take care of any maintenance issues. We run credit checks and criminal background checks on all prospective new tenants. We also believe that the prices of rent should reflect the actual amount without extra charges. We take pictures of each actual unit so you can see if you like the unit. This way you don't waste time driving around town. What you see is what you get!
